Authenticitys ("we", "us", or "our") is a social enterprise that helps close the gap between organisations that are adding value to a city and tourists who want to travel more responsibly and authentically. Our role is to connect people with organisations that develop and offer products and services in the generic field of social innovation, including activities in the touristic, educational and local economy sector, such as social and environmental tours in cities around the world.

This privacy policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, transfer and other processing of the information that we collect from individuals who use this website to book Authenticitys Experiences ("Travellers", "you") and organisations who use our website to offer their services ("Entrepreneurs", "you"). For the purposes of this privacy policy, we refer to the information that we collect from you as "personal data", which has been incorporated to a personal data file duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, of which Authenticitys S.L., with registered business address at Calle Saragossa 95, Atico 4, 08006, (Barcelona), Spain, is the data controller.

Mobile telephone number
The password that you provide to create an account with us
Expected travel dates
Destination address
Names of the other members of your party
Name under which the reservation is made
Information that you choose to publish and share on the website, including comments, photographs, images, sketches, or any other material deemed appropriate

If you do not provide all of the information requested during the registration process, this may mean that it will not be possible to provide you with the services you require.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If we ask you to provide information when using our website, we will only use such information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law.

Travellers' information

We will use the information that we collect from you for the following purposes, except where restricted from doing so by local law:
- to set up and register your account
- to process and manage bookings, including providing information to an Entrepreneur that we regard as being necessary to fulfil a booking, and to notify you of any event that may affect your booking
- managing payments in co-ordination with our third party payment provider
- to provide customer services, such as management of cancellations and refund requests
- to facilitate the publication of the information that you provide for publication on the website
- to inform you of our products and services or third party products and services that we think you may find interesting
- to conduct surveys, promotions, statistical studies, as well as to request opinions and evaluations
- for the improvement and personalisation of Authenticitys services and quality control relating to Authenticitys services
- for compliance with governmental reporting, disclosure obligations or law enforcement requests.
Entrepreneurs' information

We will use the information that we collect from you for the following purposes, except where restricted from doing so by local law:

2. How we store your personal data and who can access it

We treat the personal data that we receive from you as confidential and the information you provide is kept privately in our records. We will only disclose your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy and for the purposes described herein, with your consent, or in accordance with applicable law. 1.1 Personal data that we collect from Travellers:

Where you choose to share information via our website, we will only publish public names and photos or avatars in your profile. Your email address, phone number or messaging id are not disclosed by us to other users or published on our website by us.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal data to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
